On May 25, Consul General Zhang Zhen paid a courtesy call on Police Brigadier General Arnold Evangelista Abad, who has recently assumed office as acting regional director of PRO-7.

Consul General Zhang expressed sincere appreciation to PRO-7 for its consistent support to the consulate general, and expected for continued partnership in safeguarding the safety and legitimate rights of Chinese nationals and enterprises in the region. Both sides reaffirmed their joint support for tourism and people-to-people exchanges, and agreed to work together to further advance the traditional friendship between the two sides.
