On December 17, Consul General Zhang Zhen met with the delegation from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (FJTCM) and accompanied them to visit Governor Pamela Baricuatro of Cebu Province.

Both sides held discussions on exchanges and cooperation in the field of ‌traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)‌. Governor Pamela Baricuatro spoke highly of TCM, and expressed her appreciation for the goodwill extended by the delegation. She confirmed to advance‌ the ‌sister province relationship‌ between Cebu ‌Province and Fujian Province ‌, and to strengthen friendly cooperation ‌for the benefit of the people.
