The 4th World Chinese Forum with the theme of "Implementing the Strategy of Going Global" took place respectively in Beijing and Zhejiang Province from June 19th-25th. Four well-known leaders of the Chinese communities in the consular district of the Chinese Consulate General in Cebu were invited as delegates to the Forum. All of them have completed their journey in China and returned soundly to the Philippines.

On the evening of July 5, Chinese Consul General in Cebu, Mr. Cui Luosheng hosted the dinner in honor of the four delegates. Consul General Cui extended his congratulations on their good journey home after the successful visit to China. He hoped that the delegates will put into practice the theme of the Forum, and make their contributions to making the enterprises of both China and the Philippines more mutually complementary based on their own advantages and helping the Chinese enterprises to better go global. The delegates thought the speedy development of China is very amazing. The Forum is really a good way of communications and they have learnt quite a lot from it. They will go back to visit China as often as possible and explore the opportunities to have more cooperation with the Chinese enterprises.
